Located between two bridges and main east-west roads, this plot ask a lot of question about traffic system. We wanted to simplify and divide the traffic system in smaller streets to give more place to pedestrian and bicycles. A main green axe connect the existing and new green and water places ; it leads to the riverbanks. We wished to preserve their atmosphere but attract people there and give them access to the water.
